Moved in here as a first year student and it is honestly the best accommodation I have viewed. I went to view over 30 accommodation blocks across different universities and I have to say that true is the best one. Everywhere is so clean and staff are always so helpful. Once you've secured your room, we'll send you a confirmation email with everything you need to get started. You'll be able to complete your booking, select a payment option, provide guarantor details (if required), and sign your tenancy agreement online. Once your first rent instalment has been received (as per your chosen payment plan), your room is officially reserved and you're all set for move-in day.
Can I cancel my booking for free?
We understand that plans can change, especially when you're preparing for university. That's why we offer free cancellation in certain circumstances, including if:
- You don't achieve the grades needed for your chosen university.
- Your student visa application is unsuccessful.
- You decide to attend a university in a city where true student accommodation is not currently available.
