No deposit
No need to worry about getting your deposit back at the end of the year
We don't take any deposit from you when you reserve a room. All you have to pay is a £1 advanced rent payment which automatically deducts from your first rental instalment. Still not sure? Hop onto our chat function and one of our team will happily skip this payment for you!
