Some of our communities saw even more students deciding to stay, with 78% rebooking in Glasgow, 71% in Sheffield and 69% in Nottingham. As a current true resident, you’ll get an exclusive rebooking period before rooms become available to everyone else. Love your current room? You can choose to keep it for another year before someone else gets the chance to book it. Fancy a change? You can do that too. Rebooking residents get first pick, giving you the opportunity to explore different rooms and snap up some of our most popular options early.
Have a week on us
Rebooking can make your summer much easier, too. If you’re staying on a 51-week tenancy and rebook with us for the following academic year, you can live at true all the way through. There’s no moving everything out between tenancies, and we’ll even give you the week between your two tenancies for free. If you're on a 40 or 44-week tenancy and heading home for the summer, rebooking doesn't have to mean taking everything with you. We may be able to store your belongings on-site over the summer - just get in touch to check our availability.

Can I keep the same room when I rebook?
Yes. If your current room is available for the next academic year, you can choose to rebook it. As an existing true resident, you'll get an exclusive opportunity to secure your room before it becomes available to other students.
Can I choose a different room?
Absolutely. If you fancy a different room type, floor or just a change of scenery, you can choose another available room at true. Rebookers get priority access, so it's a great opportunity to get first pick of some of our most popular rooms.
When should I rebook my student accommodation?
The earlier, the better. Current residents receive an exclusive rebooking period before rooms are opened up more widely. Rebooking early gives you the best chance of securing the room you really want.
Do I have to move out between my tenancies?
If you're on a 51-week tenancy and rebook for another 51-week tenancy, you can stay with us throughout the summer without having to move out between the two. Even better, the week between your tenancies is free.
What happens to my belongings if I go home for summer?
If you're on a 40 or 44-week tenancy and plan to head home for the summer, we may be able to store your belongings on-site until you return. Speak to our team for details about the storage options available.
Who is eligible to rebook?
Rebooking is available to students who are eligible to stay with true for another academic year. For example, students finishing their studies or those only studying for one year wouldn't be eligible to rebook. If you're unsure, our team can help.
