Over half of our eligible residents rebook
For the 2026/27 academic year, 51% of eligible students living with true chose to rebook for another year, compared with a sector average of 20%. Some of our communities saw even more students deciding to stay, with 78% rebooking in Glasgow, 71% in Sheffield and 69% in Nottingham. When you've found somewhere that feels like home, sometimes the easiest decision is simply to stay.
Priority access to your room
As a current true resident, you’ll get an exclusive rebooking period before rooms become available to everyone else. Love your current room? You can choose to keep it for another year before someone else gets the chance to book it. Fancy a change? You can do that too. Rebooking residents get first pick, giving you the opportunity to explore different rooms and snap up some of our most popular options early.
Have a week on us
Rebooking can make your summer much easier, too. If you’re staying on a 51-week tenancy and rebook with us for the following academic year, you can live at true all the way through. There’s no moving everything out between tenancies, and we’ll even give you the week between your two tenancies for free. If you're on a 40 or 44-week tenancy and heading home for the summer, rebooking doesn't have to mean taking everything with you. We may be able to store your belongings on-site over the summer - just get in touch to check our availability.
