Check-in day is fast approaching and the team can't wait to welcome you at true Liverpool! We know moving home can be stressful which is why a member of our friendly team will be there to greet you as you arrive and aim to ensure a quick, friendly and smooth check-in experience!
Check in time is from 10am on the day your contract starts. Our team is available 24/7 so don’t worry If you will be arriving late!

General Manager
Hi, I'm Eve – the General Manager here at true Liverpool. I'm here to make sure the building runs smoothly, to ensure the safety of guests, and to make sure we have an amazing year. I’m Mental health first aid trained, first aid trained, and I'm also a fire marshal.
Assistant Manager
I'm Michelle, Assistant Manager for true Liverpool. I work very closely with Eve to make sure you have everything you need for your stay with us and to ensure your safety so we can have the best year! I'm also a fire marshal.

Hi, I'm Irina. I’m the team leader here at true. You’ll find me at the welcome hub, I’m here to help with all your enquiries and I can’t wait to meet you all. I'll be that friendly face you see when you need to collect a parcel, ask a question, or just come for a chat! I’m also a fire marshal.
Maintenance Manager
I’m Karl, I'm the maintenance manager here at true Liverpool. I’m here to help with all your maintenance needs and to make sure that any issues get sorted out as quickly as possible! I also help maintain the building and make sure it runs smoothly. I’m first aid trained and a fire marshal.

Night Concierge
I’m Ian, part of the night concierge team here at true. I'm here to keep the building clean and safe overnight, and also help with any requests. I’m first aid trained and I’m a fire marshal.
By this stage you should have already signed your contract and confirmed your guarantor. This MUST be complete ahead of arrival or this will delay your check-in. You will not be able to check in until your Guarantor is confirmed and your advance rent payment has been made.

You can check in from 10am on the day that your contract starts, your room is guaranteed to be ready as per your contractual terms at 1PM. If you arrive earlier, we will always try to accommodate an earlier check in where possible but this cannot be guaranteed.

onsite team will be on hand to ensure you get to where you need to go after you
check in, but we suggest reviewing the accommodation floor plans in advance of

It is useful to have a note of your unique booking reference however, this is not essential. All you need is your Photo ID (e.g. passport or driving license) and proof of student status, e.g. your student card or university email. If you have not received your student card by the time you come to check in, this must be presented to us, uploaded to the app, or uploaded to your online true student account within 5 days.
The welcome hub is where it all happens! If you arrive at the main entrance you will be heading into the welcome hub. There is limited parking around the accommodation, therefore we recommend you come and get your key while someone helps unload the car. We have trollies available to support a quick and smooth check-in experience.
We have partnered with Unpacked so you can create your own pack of uni essentials. If you choose delivery to your new true student home, the pack you create will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive!
