Short term & Summer Stays

Our summer and short term stays have everything included;

• all included bills (water, electricity, gas, unlimited wifi)
• trueLife events (no less than 3 events every week across all of our true student properties)
• ensuite bathroom in every room
• In-room smart TV's 
• Onsite gym, open 24/7 and fully included in your rent
• 24/7 staff and onsite concierge, here to keep you safe and assisted 
• Incredible Social and Study spaces, free to use, whenever you want
• Fully furnished bedrooms and kitchens

Of course - the fun doesn’t take a break!

We’ll be continuing to run trueLife events throughout the summer, so even if you’re only with us for a short stay, you’ll still get to experience everything it has to offer.

Across all true properties, we host a minimum of three events each week, thoughtfully designed around crafts, community, wellness, and social experiences. We also link up with local city events wherever possible, helping you make the most of what’s happening around you and get even more out of your time in the city.

If there's a specific event you'd like us to host when living with us, just let our onsite team know and they'd be happy to look into it for you.

Yes, as our properties are 'student only', you would need to be a student to stay with us. For more information or advice if you've recently graduated, please get in touch as special circumstances can apply in these cases. 

We typically offer a 7 week tenancy over the summer, with this ending at the end of August (ready for us to welcome our students arriving in September for the next academic year).

If you find that you want a slightly longer, or shorter tenancy than this, please get in touch, as we'd be happy to help!

Additionally, many students who stay in the summer love their true life so much that they choose to stay on for the full academic year. If you wish to do this, you can find all our availability via our website (head to 'reserve a room'), or get in touch with our sales team who can give you more details on extending your stay.

Yes - we offer tenancies over the summer at all our UK cities. Have a look at our website for availability, or if you have any questions, please get in touch! 

Our short stay availability depends on what rooms we have free to be booked, but also what tenancies other students have already booked. It's always best to check our website as we show most of our available rooms there, but if you have a unique question or tenancy request, please get in touch as we'll be happy to help where possible.
