Treat yourself at true's trust café

At true Student Living we run “true voice” meetings with our student guests to help us understand how we can improve our offering for the benefit of our guests.

Our Newcastle students highlighted from our last few true voice meeting that they wanted a bigger selection of items to purchase on site. We originally had some old-fashioned vending machines and wanted to move-forward with the times. We therefore thought a trust café would be an innovative new service that we can offer 24-hours a day!

Our self-service café concept is located within the Festival Zone of true Newcastle. Student guests can help themselves and pay via the ipad/card payment booth. Exactly like a little shop… just without a person at the till!

The feedback from our students so far has been amazing and every month we will host polls on Facebook to ensure we are providing products that our guests will enjoy.
