How We Are Supporting Our Student Guests That Need To Quarantine

As part of the UK Government guidance, guests arriving from some countries will need to quarantine for a period of 14 days upon arrival in the UK. If you are required to quarantine, we have developed specialist services and support to help you settle in safely and comfortably in your room.

Airport Pick Up 

If you requested our airport pick up service before 17th August, we will make the necessary arrangements to pick you up and drop you off at the accommodation. You will be required to wear a face mask or covering throughout the journey.

Check-In at true 

You will be required to wear a face mask or covering when you arrive at the accommodation. Through our onboarding process, we will have received all necessary information in advance to ensure a fast, safe and hassle-free check in experience. You will be escorted to your room by a member of team true, observing strict social distancing at all times. Your personal room key will be in the room for your arrival.

Parcel Delivery 

Arriving to live in a new country, we understand that you may need to receive parcel deliveries during your period of quarantine, rest assured - we will provide a contactless delivery service directly to your door each day.

Essential Food Delivery 

You can’t be going hungry. Order your grocery essentials and we will deliver them direct to your door.

True Life Virtual Events 

Connect with the true community without leaving your room. We have planned a range of activities from creative cooking to Yoga for you to join in.

Wellbeing 

A member of team true will make regular contact to ensure you have everything you need.

24/7 true Team 

Our true trained team are available 24/7, to assist with anything you may need.

Maintenance 

Your room will have been fully inspected pre-arrival to ensure there are no maintenance issues. During the period of quarantine, essential maintenance e.g. loss of power, water or appliance failure will be complete with safe working practices in place to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Laundry 

If you have urgent laundry that needs complete during the period of quarantine, a member of team true will arrange for laundry collection and drop off back to your room. To limit the risk of transmission, we ask that laundry requests are kept to a minimum.

Refuse Collection 

Bin full? Simply contact a member of team true who will arrange for bags to be collected from your room. Do not leave any items out in the corridor.
