We know that when your son or daughter leaves home for the first time it can be emotional. We want to reassure you that your student has the support and safety that they need, whilst staying with us at true Student Living.

24/7 Safety and support at true

All of our true student accommodations have CCTV and are only accessible with a secure fob, while each and every room has its own individual locking system. Our true team are also ready and prepared to support you 24-hours per day no matter how big or small the incident may be.

Student Wellbeing

Mental health and wellbeing is so important to us. Whilst living with us, your student will be surrounded with amazing opportunities and experiences that boost their wellbeing, personal network and life-skills. We hope that your student will feel energised, connected and inspired whilst living with us. All events will follow the governments advice on social distancing measures. Find out more.

We also love a chat, so if your student has any concerns or needs someone to talk to, ask them to pop to reception where our friendly true team will be more than happy to stop for a cuppa!

Minimizing Coronavirus risk at true

We understand the uncertainty the whole world is feeling with the current pandemic. We'd like to reassure you that we have put a series of measures and procedures in place to ensure your students safety at all times. If your student is travelling from abroad and needs to quarantine upon arrival to the UK, we have got this covered, find out more

We also have a number of hand sanitiser stations around our student accommodation, along with posters on guidance of how many students may enter a communal area at a one time. Our floor markings also allow students to understand the distance they should stand between other residents. Staff will be wearing the appropriate coverage and students will be provided with a true branded mask and miniature sanitiser upon arrival. Take a look at our video for more information.

Preparing your student for university

Moving away from home can feel overwhelming for your student. Help them pack for university with our easy packing checklist. This outlines all of the useful bits and bobs they will need to make true Student feel like their home away from home. Rest assure we provide complimentary contents insurance.

We understand your student can also feel nervous meeting new people, so we have created a Facebook Group for each of our student accommodations. This way your student can virtually meet their new flatmates before moving in. We also provide regular event and building updates on these groups throughout the academic year.

How you can get in touch
