Nothing screams Christmas quite like a Christmas tree! Christmas tree's come in all shapes and sizes, but a smaller one might look more proportionate to the size of your bedroom. You might want to consider getting a fake one rather than a real tree, as they're less likely to shed leaves and do not need to be watered, win-win!

Fairy Lights

Fairy lights are a must-have to set the mood in your student room and cheer you up on a dark winter evening, after a long day at uni! They're also fairly cheap and you can pick up both battery-operated and plug in's from most home-wear shops. Hang up your lights above your bed, over your shelves, and around your window for the best twinkling results!
